We want your Ekava experience to be excellent from start to finish. That's why we offer flexible shipping options and rely on our trusted carrier partners to handle your product with the utmost care, ensuring prompt and secure delivery.
Shipping Methods:
- Within UAE: Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Delivery typically takes 2–3 Business Days, depending on your city and Emirates.
- International Shipping (GCC Only): Orders are generally delivered within 7-10 Business Days.
Please note: Standard delivery calculations exclude Sundays and national holidays in UAE.
Order Processing:
We process and ship orders on business days only (Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays).
Shipping Fees:
Free shipping for orders over AED 250. Shipping charges will be waived at checkout.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, we'll send you a confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking information, allowing you to monitor your order's journey and estimated delivery date right up to your door.
Delivery Time Expectations:
Delivery times are estimates only and are influenced by your geographic location and your chosen shipping service. Because unexpected issues like weather events or carrier disruptions can happen, we are unable to guarantee a precise delivery date. We appreciate your patience!

In the rare event of a delay, we will reach out to you as soon as we have an update. We value your patience and commitment to Ekava, and you can trust that our team will do everything possible to address the issue and ensure your order reaches you.
Order Changes and Address Updates:
If you need to change your order or update your shipping address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that changes cannot be made once the order has been shipped.
Missing or Damaged Items:
In the rare instance that your order arrives with items missing or damaged, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will work diligently to resolve the issue promptly and provide a suitable solution.

Please note that shipping charges are not included in the item price and will vary based on your geographic location and the total weight of your package. The exact shipping fee will be clearly displayed to you during the checkout process.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the complexities of international shipping, these shipments are not eligible for returns or exchanges of any kind, except in the case where the product arrives damaged.
Customs and Import Duties:
Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in the product or shipping charges. These fees are determined by your country's customs office.
You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping carrier (such as DHL or FedEx) upon delivery, after they issue you an invoice.
Please note: If you fail to pay the required duties and taxes and refuse the shipment, Ekava will be unable to issue any refund.
